I am awaiting your order in RTI Appeal as it will be a fantastic present in my fight against corruption.
My allegations are against the FAA Mr. Goel is absolutely ignorant of the RTI act. He does not know the basics of RTI act needs training from primary level.
That I was officially called by email with only 23 hours notice for RTI Appeal hearing before DCP Mr. Goel, however, was prevented from entering the office of FAA by an unidentified person who was not in uniform and had no name plate or identity displayed on his person. He stated speaking of RTI without authority and basic knowledge of RTI.
That at the very time I was being prevented from entering, DCP Mr. Goel was engaged on a personal phone call despite being fully aware that the hearing was scheduled and the Appellant was present.
That the said unidentified person engaged in discussion on RTI matters without any knowledge of the Act and had no visible authority to prevent a citizen from attending a scheduled quasi-judicial hearing.
That subordinate officers physically touched and restrained me, a senior citizen, which is recorded on video and constitutes wrongful restraint under IPC Section 341.
I shall beg pardon if you can prove me wrong with your knowledge of RTI, IPC, CRPC, EVIDENCE ACT, in every file you have signed. I have got all your notings which may be promoting illegal activities which in all probability may destabilize the financial stability of Mumbai and Maharashtra.
I pray God you DCP GOEL prove me wrong so I can learn from you.
you avoided me fearing of being exposed in RTI APEAL HEARING which would have disclosed your subordinate officers framing incorrect documents and acting against larger public interest. You are a silent spectator.
Please explain under which section of CRPC or Article of the Constitution can you can prevent any citizen from entering the public space by fixing board

You have not fixed the board outside your cabin regarding meeting hours without prior appointment to citizens. Violation of GR 13.1.25
You have not provided a section on how you can decide the RIT appeal by refusing to conduct a hearing after fixing the RTI appeal hearing and still pass order.
Your order is evidence and a masterpiece for me.
Lastly you have forgotten that you are a servant of the public and need to have some manners while dealing with citizens especially those who are senior citizens and when I am being called for RTI APPEAL hearing.
The Section under which you asked your subordinate to put me out of your cabin without conducting the hearing.
They touched me and held me which is evidence in video and sufficient for initiating prosecution
In all it appears that you have to be given training in RTI, IPC, CRPC, EVIDENCE ACT and conduct rules.
Please educate me if my submission is incorrect. I would be fortunate to learn from such an outstanding IPS serving in the most elite police force of Mumbai.
