The sms information by technology gives incorrect information to passengers that train is scheduled at 8 pm.
Passengers started arriving since 7 pm and are Waiting without
1. Sitting space
2. Standing for 3 to 4 hours
3. Lounge full
4. Toilet facilities break down
5. Mosquito biting
Had they intimated the exact time of 11.30 there would not have been discomfort for hundreds of passengers.
This delay is been consistently happening since last week.
