Sub: victim of threat and illegal orders passed by Information Commissioner and violation of most provisions under RTI ACT
Today a group of citizens representatives from Mumbai suburbs met me with complaints against Hon. Information Commissioner Shri Sunil Porwal ji.
I have also undergone such experience and have filed complaints before the Marine drive police station.
Very unfortunate that we have to file such complaints against the esteemed post which is designated to save RTI.
I have requested every citizen not to file any false complaint unless information is denied under wrongful grounds and the orders passed are contrary to facts and materials on records.
To avoid such confrontation I request Information Commissioners to hold hearing in full public view and allow video recording so that no allegations can be levied against each other’s.
Further it is citizens right to demand open hall hearing in full public view and to video record every meeting and PROCEEDINGS held with public servants.
Citizens can file complaints against any public servants if they have not acted in good faith and if their acts are against the larger public interest and in violation of the provision of law.
I request every citizen not to tolerate any injustice. Similarly as fighting against corrupt is our duty supporting every honest public servant who discharge duty honestly is our mandatory duty too.
