Tomorrow 25.8.25 I shall be arguing in Bandra Metropolitan court no. 32, Mumbai around 11 am against the shoddy investigation report filed by API Salunke of Nirmal nagar police station Mumbai to save a very strong and powerful developer.
The report submitted
1. Does not have index disclosing the documents attached along with page
2. The chargesheet 6 pages are missing
3. The accused which is company and its directors. No supporting documents of ROC attached to prove prosecution case
4. Independent directors are not made accused on grounds they have not cooprated and attended to notices.
5. Though the role of independent directors are vital information working of company a wrong statement is made they are not concerned with day to day work.
6. The office of registrar of society made false statement that they are not aware of the format of specimen agreement as per Rule V.
7. A loan of Rs 500 crores fro bank is obtained without making any application and by mortgaging flats which are sold without the flat purchaser consent.
8. The flat mortgaged are illegal and unauthorised construction without requisite sanction
9. The bank grants loan and does. Ot demand commencement certification sanction plans of flats constructed
10. Inspection report notes that flats are occupied but do not insist for OC.
our police officers who signed the false contents and incorrect report are real traitors who are destroying nation
