1. Issuing notice u/s 163 electricity act which does not provide replacement of meters it is just for maintenance of electricity supply infrastructure
2. Violating section 2(w), 3, 5, 6 7,8,22,23,24 of State Legal metrology act I.e. weight n measure dept by not taking certificate of testing and declaring the meters as correct
3. Violating section 47(5),50,53,55,56,61,62,86,94,163, 171, 175, 177, 181 of Electricity act 2003.
Our MP, MLA, COUNCILLORS are sleeping or we do not know if they are there.
