The government advocates though filed SLP. Not interested to finish the matters
I through my advocate Mr OmPrakash Parihar moved precipie to bring on board.
However MHADA AND THE ADVOCATES are not interested to carry with matter though fees are paid for conferences and appearances.
Today MHADA MATTER IN SUPREME COURT got adjourned.
Senior Counsel for MHADA was absent as his advocate on record prayed for time.
HENCE THERE IS NO INTEREST FOR MHADA TO FINISH THE MATTER INITIATED BY THEM.
SLP is initiated by MHADA. Crores are spent on advocate fees conferences and other expenses. But matter is being delayed.
Not once did Mhada try to expedite the matter as they are comfortable to delay the matter and frustrate the process of law.
Mhada needs senior counsel and spends crores of rupees to fight an ordinary citizen to only protect the looters of public property as well as the top IAS offIcers who worked as CEO, CO, REE.
In video I have shown certain receipts but details of expenses in Bombay High court and detailed expenses latest dates are not provided
Appeal to CMO your honesty is at stake oy because these mhada officers have filed SLP without locus standii and acting as protectors of accused by criminal misappropriation of tax payer monies.
These monies should be recovered from these corrupt Mhada officers who have filed SLP on false grounds and without locus.
I demand to know the total expenses incurred till the last paise to prosecute those CEO who has misappropriated tax payer monies without locus and with dishonest intention to protect accused mhada officers developers from punishment and to avoid recovery of Rs. 40000 crores worth tenements.

Unfortunate that not one MLA, MP, councillor, IAS, IPS. gave guts to set the law in motion and object to such illegal SLP filed denying the nation 40000 crores with added penalty and interest.
