Robotparking opp. BOMBAY HIGH COURT

After stopping the work on site by demanding legal documents and video recording that the work is carried out without due permission, I went to office of ADDL MC city at BMC head office.

There I met DMC zone 1 and informed her about the illegal encrochment and robot parking.

She immediately called Asst Com of A WARD MR. More and directed him to immediately stop all work.

We citizens are grateful to her.

Robot parking by BMC appears to be a big fraud and is loot of tax payer monies where the tenders are manipulated and rigged and work is carried out without No from the competent authorities.

It appears that the site location in front of Bombay High court is declared Heritage area. Hence no such work is permitted. Therefore I sought all No which were not provided.

Ost of the contract for actual execution is given to one single party.

It appears to be a cartel done by this single party by filling tenders in the names of their cronies but the work will be executed only by the same company

Even the cost factor is inflated to 300 to 500% when compared to the cost of the work done by the same or similar contractors outside Maharashtra

These works are carried out without proper study of requirement and impact on environment

How can such illegalities be allowed when the tenders are signed by top IAS Officers and / or with consultation and under direction of ADDL MC. ( IAS OFFICER)

The ADDL MC and MC of BMC are greatest violators of law and are destroying Mumbai.

If Municipal Commissioner or anty of the ADDL.MC feels my submission is incorrect please educate me. We shall go for live video recording so I can learn from you what is legal and illegal

Let public know how my allegations against these IAS OFFICERS are right or wrong.
