In my opinion Police has has miserably failed and violated fundamental rights
1. All offences are bailable. So in my opinion the police should have called the accused and given him bail in police station.
2. no notice u/s 35 BNSS is given to accused as the punishment is less than 7 years. Accused arrested at midnight within one hour of FIR registration
3. Defamation complaint cannot be filed by third party. The aggrieved person shall have to file. BNSS section 222.
But police fail to register FIR and drive away citizens who want to register FIR against loot of public property and fraud worth thousands of crores.
I have several evidence that no FIR is registered by police and if at all FIR is registered there is faulty and third class investigation done when there is loot of public property.
