As per section 56 of Electricity act the meter cannot be removed it is to be disconnected
How can BEST Undertaking remove meters and after amount is paid install smart meters instead of old electronic meters which was in good condition
We informed them e will register FIR if same meter is not installed and if smart meter is illegally installed
