On 17.9.25 my matter of 40000 crores fraud by MHADA is for final hearing in Hon. Supreme Court at serial no 17 before Justice M.M.Sunderesh and Justice Sharma
In this matter the Hon.Bombay High court has directed registration of FIR against these Mhada officers in year 2019.
However our public servants instead of recovery used tax payer money to file SLP to save accused inspite of CEO MHADA not having any locus to file SLP.
In my opinion more than a crores of rupees of tax payer monies are spentbto sabmve anti national public servants.
