1. MSEB shall disclose the material relied upon to show their losses is more than 20% to fit in the criteria of objectives to reduce the losses to 15%
2. Metrology dept certificate certifying that the smarteters installed have tested sealed and inspected to be correct and not manipulated.
3. All study carried out to stop manufacturing of static electronic meters before verifying the correctness and competency of the Smart electric meters.

6. To conceal the fact of TOD i.e. to implement Surging charges in peak periods

I asked him why officers of MSEB should not be prosecuted for cheating citizen fabricating documents and committing criminal breach of trust by puic servants on addition to culpable negligence
