Mazgaon court parking issue
The parking in Mazgaon court for public (owners) have been stopped.
80 courts sanctioned almost 12000 footfalls expected. No parking facility because of bomb threat.
Instead of using technology to screen the litigants facilities, unfortunately
parking stopped putting thousands to harassment.
But parking for advocates and public servants permitted.can there be no criminal minded advocates or public servants who can play mischief. Why such discrimination to citizens and tax payers ( with due respect and no intention to hurt any one)
Only 6 lifts . No ventilation and airconditioner for litigants in the hall which is suffocating. The lift fans not working it is more suffocating . The lift will fall sick with such unhealthy and unhygienic conditions ( SC judgement reference of Rahul Jain) Why no planning for minimum comfort of litigants executed when every thing is being constructed by tax payer money?
There is illegal no parking board fixed just opposite the Mazgaon court gate .
Request the concerned public authorities to also consider the facilities to litigants and tax payers and not to be selfish public servants.
Request the courts to allow litigants to park vehicles in the Mazgaon court compound.
