Violation of HC. And DOPT direction to not provided File noting
Ignorance of the entire ACB dept that Manual GR cannot over rule law.
Ignorance of ACB dept sectiln154, 157 CRPC.
Ignorance to not read the applicantion and give incorrect information
IGNORANCE THAT THE PRESENT RULES DT. 12.6.2026 cannot over rule RTI ACT
All these are liable for prosecution u/s 166A, 167, 409 IPC amongst others
But the FAA assured to provide information and the appeal ended in good note
