This is video of 23.9.25 one year ago when I was stopped from entering the CP office.
I was told that I will be permitted only if the EOW officers give permission.
My 3 lacs crore mhada fraud was protected by Jt Cp and 4 other IPS officers against whom I have file application for registration of FIR in Esplanade court no. 64.
Unfortunately the court is taking almost more than one year when the application should be disposed in 15 days.
I filed RTI seeking information in sept 2025. EOW just kept it forwarding for one year till ACP GAD OF CP OFFICE directed ACP administration of EOW. Only then EOW replied with every incorrect Right To Information #manojkumarsharma #Corruption #SmartMeter #smartmetering #CorruptPoliticians
Today I am exposing the working of EOW.

Register of complaint as per GR 17.6.2016 not maintained
Present status and namf officer with whom file is kept not provided
Section 173(3) CRPC is filing of report to Magistrate after investigation is completed. Here they have not maintained station dairy for enquiry, no FIR is registered and informed me they are following 173(3) CRPC.
My appeal is still pending
Eow officers conduct illegal enquiry for years. Appeal to citizens to register FIR against such officers.
No intention to hurt anyone but only in larger public interest
If my submission is incorrect JT CP can call mee for meeting under FB live video recording
The JTCP himself is not meeting citizens inspite of me filing several applications.
Unfortunately our police has list their conscience faithfulness integrity towards constitution of India
