I request every citizen to file police complaint and thereafter complaint to JMFC against every electr company

The staff of BEST, TATA POWER, ADANI, TORRENT, MSEDCL electricity company in Maharashtra are not public servants.
Hence no police can register FIR against any consumers for causing obstruction to the private companies.
No police officer can force you to install smart meters
