The accused were senior most officers of ACB THANE UNIT who disobeyed direction of
1. Lok Ayukta,
2. Secretary Law and judiciary
3. Jt CP THEN Karkare sahib
to save the top officers of
1. Cidco
2. Nalasopara Municipal Council
3. Gram Panchayer who issued 150 buildings OC to a single developer there may be thousands of building presently in VASAI VIRAR NALASOPARA are illegal and may be the reasons of flooding as no town planning scheme as required was executed since 1991.
Unfortunately the esteemed agency ACB and EOW working style is creating doubts in the mind of citizens about their capabilities and their honest intentions
Request the present officers in ACB and EOW to discharge duty
Now the government want to regularise all buildings before 2016 to destroy and motivate
1. other to carry out illegal constructions
2. Surplus area worth 3 lacs crores of tenaments from developers to Mhada will be lost forever
3. BMC estate Dept has also committed fraud by selling PAP tenaments to developers at throw away prices denying the rightful citizens their rights to have houses and whose houses could not be constructed for no fault of theirs.
Appears our elected representatives have decided to reward the fraud and promote people not to work and go for free living which shall definitely destroy the working capabilities and ss well destroy the faith in honesty and convert them to become dishonest
