Today that is 16 September 2026 I shall be exposing the working of Hon. MERC members who decide the tariff and who are issuing directions for implementation of electricity act 2003 and our duty bound to be faithful to the constitution of India as well as to the common public as well as consumers
1. MERC in case number 324 of 2019 has directed BEST to maintain separate accounts of transport and electricity department as per section 51 of electricity act. However on filing of RTI seeking information from MERC why they said order has not been implemented by BEST, and what action has been taken by the members of MERC.
THE MEMBERS OF MERC instead of replying and informing me of the action taken against BEST has wrongfully forwarded my RTI application to BEST against whom this complaint is filed before MERC.
2. My second complaint to merc is as per the balance sheet the electric supply department of BEST shows shows surplus profit of 4300 crores and their floor I have asked the copies of filenoting scrutiny notes balance sheet calculations and other records. The reply by m e r c is that say they have not understood my queries which is absolutely incorrect.
In fact the merc was duty bound to call me and take instructions of what MERC has not understood.
As per the records there are 29 751 crores of borrowings pending. My question is if there is a profit of 4300 crores shown in the balance sheet how can there be outstanding amount payable of 29751 crores this application is again forwarded to BEST, when the details were provided to MERC and why did MERC fail to take take corrective and remedial action
3. Similarly another application under RTI was filed before me RC regarding wheeling charges being illegally collected when there is no provision under electricity act to collect wheeling charges from the consumers.
The MERC again did not answer and wrongfully informed that I should visit the website and see the order when in fact it was duty of MERC to provide me the page, para number, and line relied upon to come to a conclusion how willing charges have been illegally collected from the consumers of BEST undertaking.
I hope our elected representatives will speak and not fail to discharge official duties and be silent spectator to anti people policies.

The information sought is in larger public interest and to create awareness in the consumers how MERC is avoiding to reply as they have been caught on a wrong footing
Why MERC is not having tweeter account, FB account for consumer to inform them.
The Members of MERC violate GE 13.1.25 and disobeyed direction to fix board outside disclosing the two hours of the day reserved for meeting citizens without prior appointment and reuse to reply the email seeking meeting
