A group of concerned citizens have planned to take up this issue with concerned authorities.
So, if you wish, kindly give us a complaint letter addressed to Mr Kamlakar Shenoy stating that ...
1. You have received a Notice from your electricity provider that your existing electric meter shall be replaced by a Smart Meter. (Without you receiving a Notice u/s 171 of Electricity Act).
Or
2. Your meter has already been forcibly / steathily been replaced by a Smart Meter. (Without you permitting change of meter u/s 171 of Electricity Act.)
Or
3. You are receiving high electric bills after replacing of your meter with Smart Meter.
At the end of this letter kindly state that you permit Mr Kamlakar Shenoy to take up your grievance with appropriate authorities for redressal.
Also enclose your last electric bill.
Please bring this letter at the following address.
