This nation is being looted by bureaucrats and some corrupt politician who have no accountability and make mockery of system
I request CMOMaharashtra PMO India to change BNSS 175(3)(4). It is boon to corrupt public servants and destruction of public right to prosecute corrupt public servants. This section is inadvertently misuses or misinterpreted by most to protect the most corrupt and anti nation public servants. I can give evidence from personal experience

But now the laws which protect and promote corrupt public servants need to be repealed
