Today I am arguing in court 62 SEWREE 1st floor at 2.45 pm
For process against officers of ACB for non registration of FIR in 150 buildings inspite of direction of LOK AYUKTA, HOME DEPT, Law n judiciary dept and then Jt CP shri Karkare
Matters since 1996 pending for issuance of process even after 30 years
Now the matters is kept for examination. In fact in 2016 Magistrate dismissed my application after hearing argument in detail on incorrect ground of sanction., which was set aside by Session court.
Passing order under 203 CRPC proves that examination is done. But it is not found on record of court. In my opinion as per law no order can be passed under section 203 CRPC with verification and examination of applicant.
Next date is 20 November at 2.30
Real threat to citizen is from our MP, MLA, Councillor those who are dumb and deaf to such loot of public property. Absolutely failure to work in larger public interest or when public property is looted. With due respect to honest MP, MLA, councillor.
MP, MLA COUNCILLOR have no guts to go to police station, court against public loot and illegal activities of bureaucrats. Approx 50% criminal background Approx 30% not properly educated, other act as agents to dispose public property or are silent spectator.
With due respect to honest public servants. No intention to hurt anyone.
