SPEND crores of rupees of Tax payer monies as fees to advocate to protect mhada officers and 500 developer who have looted around 30 lacs sq ft of PAD tenemant
CEO MHADA has no locus standii to file SLP as it is beneficiary
Request the SC to take matters on board and dismiss on grounds of locus standii
