Worli Mechanised parking project
On 28.2.24 I visited the office of Dy. Chief Engineer traffic Mr. Agarwal and Asst Engineer Mr Vaibhav Bhagwat. On enquiry I was told that DL and / or work order is not issued
This is to create evidence that Iqbal Chahal and others whose transfer orders have been issued are in undue haste to issue work order inspite f transfer orders awaiting.
This project along with Matunga and Mumbadevi is being decided
A. without following the due process of law.
B. Cost over inflated,
C. maintenance cost is too high,
D. PMC has not given clarification to my objections
E. Not complied with Directions to appoint New consultants to verify the objections raised by me.
F. No reply with supporting documents to my objections
G. The tender conditions are against larger public interest
H. The files moved with jet speed 5 to 6 department signs the consent in one day.
I. The noting discloses that no time is given to subordinate officers to study and give their opinion.
J. It appears that the signs of subordinates are taken under force. And without application of mind.
K. The tender was scheduled to be opened in 3 working days.
There is no official study carried out for want of such white elephant projects which are moved without following the due process of law.
Appears BMC is for sale by declaring projects after projects
Rupees worth 2 lacs projects are declared without having funds which can breed corruption, loss of tax payer money and unreasonable delay in completing projects thereby again breeding corruption to escalate cost.
It appears from the documents Project management consultants (PMC) have misreprested facts, inserted conditions without approval of officer and not replied to show cause by the subordinate officers. However MC.and Addl MC are bent upon to protect such inefficient and dishonest PMC
It appears that the whole project is revised 3 times in 3 months by escalating cost by 33% without any justification and supporting evidence on record.
First satisfy the objections raised. Publish the new consultant report on objections.
No personal enmity. Please educate me if submission is incorrect
