Add minimum balance charges, DD CHARGES

The elected representatives have nonduties and responsibilities. No qualification required
They can be with criminal back ground. They need not have moral values. They can just switch over parties and again return back as per selfish motives.
These elected representatives not responsible to provide education, medical facilities, ghod roads, public transport, police reforms efficient and corruption free police and judiciary or is not responsible for any Maladministration or fraud/ loot if public property.
Even after this loot these MP, MLA COUNCILLOR want to sell every open space, government company and public land. Are they looters. Thereafter want fre houses, mobile travel by air train through out life, pension
Not satisfied they issue GR that public servants will stand up to respect such incompetent incapable, dishonest anti people Elected representatives.
