Tomorrow 21.5.25 at 11.30 RTI appeals in the office of MERC at World Trade centre Cuffe parade on the 12th floor.

I have sought the qualification and RTI training certificate of PIO AND FAA and submitted citation that these are public documents

I have questioned

1. Justice Daga orders violation by not giving speaking order and clarification
2. Not having consumers representatives in public hearing
3. Not providing the video recording done of public hearing
4. How MERC allowed installation of smart meters without legal approval from competent authority
5. Study material relied upon to allow BEST COLLECT Rs 16000 towards smart meters when electronic meters are just around Rs. 600.
6. Why agriculture sector is exempted from smart meters when thee is maximum theft and loss of energy up to 40% and arrears upto Rs 43000 crores
7. Why Smart meters are installed in BEST Mumbai
   A. when the RDSS scheme covers State discoms.
   B. When loss is just 3.5 to 4% compared to agriculture sector 40%
8. Impacts on environment after crores of electronic meters will be removed and how it will be disposed
9. Impact of fire spreading and explosion
10. Impact of radiation on health of consumers.

There are many more issues raised which will shake the foundation of I’llegal installation of smart meters.

During the last hearing I have provided TO MERC my 97 page handbook for understanding of RTI ACT.

But no response from any.

I shall be obliged as I need two persons to video record the hearing i.e. in camera and other live video recording.

So we citizens need to come together to save our next generation.
