RTI filed against MC AND ADDL MC failure to implement GR and circular signed by themselves.
BMC MC and All ADDL MC of BMC blatantly violate every circular signed by
- MC
- ADDL MC
List of circular and GR violated by none other than MC AND ADDL MC themselves.
In this RTI APPLICATION I have mentioned 13 RTI and appeals not disposed by office of ADDL MC CITY.
Most important circular violated
- GR 13.1.25 to fix board at prominent place disclosing time to meet citizens every day.
False boards are fixed to meet only once in month by MC and ADDL MC
- No boards disclosing 3 senior officers to whom complaint can be filed against MC& ADDL MC.
- No board disclosing details of authority to whom sanction to prosecute can be filed.
- GR 18.1.2013: register of complaint in prescribed form as mentioned in GR.
There are several other for which I have filed RTI but no reply.
Please educate me if my submission is incorrect.
Request every citizen to file RTI in each ward and department and office of MC, ALL ADDL MC. We need to force these non performers to obey the law.
