I have attached the live meeting which clearly discloses the fraud played by Asst Comm B ward Mr. Uddhav Chandashive and DMC zone-1 Smt. Sangeeta Hasnale to carry on the illegal construction, obstruction and encroachment on road below JJ flyover bridge
Below are attached the documents that traffic police and BMC traffic planning department has opposed the construction, encroachment below the JJ flyover bridge. She has called meeting in her office 26.2.24 but failed to take decision and inform the complainant her decision. ( copy of minutes of meeting attached )
The construction below the JJ flyover bridge is encroachment and illegal. Repeated reminder to Addl MC City has failed to awaken her and to act in larger public interest.
On Monday is shall be going for inspection to her office i.e. 5.8.24 between 3 to 5 pm under video recording. (copy of GR 26.11.2018 attached) as well BMC circular dt. 28.6.24 that all Addl MC shall meet public every Monday and Friday between 3 to 5 pm.

Asst Comm B ward and DMC zone 1 illegally carried out the encroachment and obstruction on road below the JJ flyover bridge for reasons known to all and thereby endangered life of citizens and wrongful loss to BMC and tax payer money of more than 13 crores
on Tuesday, i.e. 23.7.24 i shall be coming to office to verify what action has been taken on robbery of public property namely
a. suspension and dismissal of DMC zone -1 (circular 20.11.2003 (copy attached)
b. stoppage of all retirement benefits of Asst Comm who carried out ilegal encroachment without following due process of law
c. direction to stop the illegal constructions and to immediate demolish the illegal encroachment below the JJ fly over bridge u/s 313 and 314 of MMC act without giving any notice
i request the Addl MC with folded hands to not to tolerate such corrupt and non-preforming public servants
damages and wrongful loss to be recovered from the officers and other public servants who have consented to such illegal activities
