MC & Addl MC project have appointed incompetent and dishonest PMC.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT:

incompetent:

3 tenders with an increase of 33% in the span of a few months.

Dishonest:

Made illegal changes in the condition without approval

Did not give an explanation when sought by officers of BMC.

Cost of per parking is almost 34 lacs: no clarification

Cost of Mechanised robot PARKING around 18 lacs per parking: no clarification

Life of a robot PARKING 20 years.

Maintainece per parking

A. 16000 per month
B. 10000. Cost of robot

26000 per month in addition to several hidden cost.

Many sensitive issues unanswered.

If such fraudulent PMC are appointed by MC ADDL MC days are not far for BMC to be in debts.

It appears that there is deep rooted conspiracy to destroy financial stability of BMC and loot the resources by TOP BUREAUCRATS OF BMC.

We will demand undertaking from Addl MC that he shall be responsible for

A. Delay in project completion
B. Escalating cost of project
C. Substandard work carried out

I have several examples of such loot due to incompetent and visionless ADDL MC & MC.

with due respect to honest public servants.
