Public awareness on road encrochment at MRA MARG opp. Mohta Market against this illegal shops and closure of road without authority and violating circular 14.12.99 and Supreme court directions thereby commiting contempt of the Supreme. Around 100 affected citizens are present here.
The accused are Municipal commissioner of BMC, Addl MC and SR PI MRA local police station who failed to stop encrochment on road and did not prosecute Municipal commissioner and ADDL MC of BMC
Very unfortunate that such senior most IAS Officers of BMC wilfully and blatantly violate almost every law and cause destruction of Mumbai. With due respect to honest IAS officers.
Further we Mumbai have most learned and senior most MP, MLA,& COUNCILLORS. but none ever opposed such illegality which is in violation of even fundamental rights of citizens.
