Difficulty that the section 173 and 175 BNSS. These sections are violating the basic principles of investigation and exposing the complaint before registration of FIR and collection of evidence. These sections are against larger interest of the nation, and alert citizens who expose fraud committed by public servants and well connected accused.

These contents and ingredients are required to be changed to original 156(3) CRPC. HENCE THE RTI APPLICATION seeking the number of FIR registered in MUMBAI on direction of Ld. Magistrate since enactment of BNSS
