He also raised this question that smart meters cannot be installed when loss in Mumbai by BEST, TATA, ADANI and others are less than 3.5% when the objective is to bring down losses to 15%


Further we need to further fight and create awareness that smart meters cannot be installed without providing study and adverse effects on

1. Radiation effect on human being
2. Fire explosion or fire conducive to spread fire
3. Certificate from Metrology dept
4. The remote control on electricity smart meters shall not be in hands of any private companies.
5. Environment effect after crores of electronic meters are removed and how it will be disposed.
6. Inflated bills: SOP to not cause harassment to consumers
7. Notice to every consumer with meter number and consumer number as CM has stated it is optional and no compulsion video above
8. MR PATSUTE DGM BEST exposed and did not produce a single document
9. Smart meters cannot be installed on ground of replacement of electronic meters after being defective without compliance of metrology dept and study report on fire, environment and radiation effects

10. Remote control with private authority which has and can facilitate the manipulation in meter reading
