Lodging complaint at Azad maidan police station against ADDL MC CITY for not meeting citizens on Monday violating BMC CIRCULAR 7.1.2000 to meet citizens every Monday and Friday 3 to 5 pm without prior appointment AND Maharashtra STATE GR 10.1.25 that boards shall be fixed disclosing daily time for meeting citizens without prior appointment.

I am a senior citizen put to hurt, annoyance and injury by disobeying the direction of law

Requested several times but did not obey directions of law.

Please educate me if my submission is incorrect
