Sub: Refusal to meet 6 alert senior citizens after giving an appointment on Thursday 12.10.23 at 4 pm to discuss illegal activities carried out in ACB office. ( agenda was sent by email)

I am ready for an open public debate with you so that I can learn more from you and enrich my knowledge.
DG- ACB please guide why you did not alert senior citizens to whom you have given an appointment on 12.10.23 at 4 pm at your office at Pochchanwala road Worli.
It appears you were very nervous to meet me and alert senior citizens after you read the agenda which explained massive illegal acts by ACB department closing almost 95% of complaints illegally and by making false & incorrect records.
You had no answers to my queries
Therefore you created a scene of anger which could not disturb us as we have been honest, studied and knew our subject well.
But you had no answer and knew that you cannot face honest alert senior citizens who wanted to meet you and assist you for better governance.
We had sent you an agenda of topics to be discussed by email namely
- False information of cases / enquiry pending
- Illegal forwarding of complaints disclosing cognizable offences
- Illegally closing of complaints of BMC frauds and not providing file noting and any documents signed by you to close fraud worth 50000croes and more
- Enquiries pending since several years against the CRPC and SC LalitaKumari judgement
- SOP of how you deal with complaints received
- SOP how you forward complaint along with section and law.
there is a violation of almost every provision of law which you knew you cannot face from well studied and well mannered senior citizens.
Request you to meet alert Citizens because avoiding to meet shall cause more damage to ACB and honest officers in ACB.
Please educate me if my submission is incorrect.
