i have prepared two separate complaints

request to all consumers that no consumers shall allow the electric companies to install smart meters unless the clarification is given in writing and preferable on affidavit on the issues raised in this letter/ complaint.after filing complaint insist for notice to electric companies u/s 149 CRPC or 168 BNSS and video record the meeting with police officer.
we cannot believe any of our bureaucrats as they have lost their conscience ( with due respect to all honest public servants / elected representatives ) especially our elected representatives who works only with political angle and not in larger public interest

Video how electric companies cheat citizens
Today I am exposing the BEST modesoperandi to illegally install smart metres under the guys of digital electronic metres.
I have raised several question which should be answered on affidavit by
1. CMO
2. GM-BEST
3. ADDL MC CITY OF BMC
I will also be attaching a video of today at tardeo where we did not allow to install the smart at one restaurant
I request each and every citizen to question BEST the questions raised in this video

so please be aware that the smart electric metre is a loot of tax payer property and cannot be installed where the losses are less than 15%.
and as far as Adani BEST, TORRENT AND TATA POWER is concerned the loss in transmission is between 1% to 3.5%, hence smart meters is not meant for such cities
and installation of smart metre is destruction and loot of taxpayer money by increase in cost for unit as well as applicable of surging charges which will increase our electricity bills.
