I have sent mail requesting to fix boards outside the cabins of every DCP, ADDL CO, JT CP , DG disclosing

1. Their duties and responsibilities as per their posting in specific dept and post presently held
2. Details of Name, designation and address, email id, tel phone no., of authority to whom complaints of failure to discharge duty and for not ensuring that their subordinate officers discharge duty faithfully and with devotion by the police officers of above ranks.
3. Details of name. Designation, address, email id. Tel no., of authorities who grant sanction to prosecute thepolice officers of the above rank.
4. Name and details of the officer in whose custody complaint register as per GR 17.6.16 is kept and maintained by the office of above rank of police officers.
5. Non- Registration of FIR in complaints disclosing cognizable offences and are liable for punishment and prosecution u/s166 A IPC, amongst others from
6. One month to 3 years immediate registration of FIR.
7. 7 YEARS AND ABOVE immediate registration of FIR
8. 3 years to 7 years maximum 14 days.

Please educate me if my submission is incorrect
