How can bridges be demolished without hearing public and replying to objections

BMC and MMRDA have lost their consciousness and are blatantly violating every procedures.

In this video by mistake I have stated I am prosecuting the officers of Elphinstone bridge. Actually it is Hancock and Carnac bridge.
