1. Circular 7.1.2000 directing to meet citizens every Monday and Friday between 3 to 5 pm
2. GR 26.11.2018 directing to to give inspection on every Monday between 3 to 5 pm
3. GR 13.1.25 that all complaints prior to December 31 shall be cleared as well as

Officers shall meet citizens every day and timings shall be disclosed outside the cabin.

Offence committed 166 A IPC i.e.disobediencevof direction of law

Let us all citizens join hands and help honest public servants and take the corrupt and non-performing officers and bureaucrats to task
