CMOMaharashtra thx for being always on side of consumers.

I wish to inform you that consumers are not at all satisfied but have innumerable complaint

You have been misled by your subordinate officers on the following points amongst others. True facts hidden from you

1. It is not free and cost shall be recovered.
2. It will reduce cost from 9 to 5 pm but concealed the Surging charges from 5 pm to 12 midnight.

There is no clarification on the increase of electricity bills of consumers who use 300 units and more

No clarification on business class who shall be doomed by Surging charges.

Surging charges is a cover up name for .black marketing

In the olden days cinema tickets were sold at high prices on first day first show

This was considered black marketing and arrests were made

Now it is termed surge charges

Why is Surging charges required when you give concessions

Why Surging charges are not mentioned and explained to consumers

3. We are not told how much is maximum limit of Surging charges will be permitted in next 10 years

Today ola ober taxis are allowed 200% Surging charges

What about electric Surging charges

4. Electric meters have been installed by

Deceit

Not taking consent

Threat of disconnection

Threat of police

Many others

So it is not voluntary act but totally an incorrect n fraud.

Against the objective

5. All these companies have losses of less than 5%.

RDSS scheme is for loss of above 20% and to bring losses to 15%

Against the eligibility

6. All private electric companies are not eligible under RDSS scheme.

Only government owned Discoms.

Illegal notices

7. All notices are fraud, I’llegal and making of false documents and using it as genuine for purpose of installation of smart meters i.e. cheating and criminal breach of trust by public servants

I request that smart meters installation be stopped immediately

Please educate me if my submission is incorrect.
