- BELASIS road to be demolished.
- Sion bridge to be demolished
- D N ROAD CLOSED FOR METRO
- Mahaplalika road closed for Metro
- Parel bridge to be demolished
- Byculla fruit Market bridge not completed.
- Byculla bridge to be closed
- 70000 vehicles expected from transharbour link and all roads and foothpath ENCROACHED fully
- Absolute failures to provide public transport and traffic jams killing Mumbai.

- Fundamental rights of citizens ENCROACHED upon by denying free movement for motorists and pedestrians
A. Safe, smooth encrochment free road footpath and traffic islands.
B. Offence u/s 431 IPC for playing mischief with road and thereby endangering life and limbs of citizens with full knowledge of every likelihood that there can be fatal accidents.
REASONS GIVEN FOR SUCH ENCROCHMENT
- There are people bathing below bridges.
- Sofas and furniture kept.
What is BMC encrochment dept doing.
So will all roads and foothpath be given for commercial activities for failure to discharge official duties.
