Today in Seeking court no. 88 Mazgaon in CRA 407 of 23 filed by me to prosecute Railway officers who falsely declared bridges as dangerous the advocate appeared.

I questioned the advocate ( junior) before the HON. Court as to whom he is representating and who has appointed him.the advocate concealed true facts.

I thereafter reviewed the Vakaltnama it showed that he has been appointed by SR. DIV. ENG. (LM).

I have sent a notice to the concerned railway officer for his illegal activities to appoint counsel to protect accused who declared Hancock and Carnac bridge as dangerous.

I thank Jt CP traffic for calling suggestions and objections before granting NOC to demolish Elphinstone bridge. The JT CP TRAFFIC was kind enough to incorporate all the experience we had while demolition of Hancock bridge which is 70% incomplete even after 10 years.

The present Jt Cp was DCP trafgicat that point of time.

We need such IPS officers who can think for betterment of Mumbai. I salute your sir Mr Anil Kumbhare and his team along with DCP traffic south Smt. Jedge
