BMC while declaring budgetary provisions should also declare the steps taken to create transparency and accountability in the working of of ADDL MC in BMC

The ADDL MC in BMC violates almost every law and it appears they feel they are above law and no one can question them even if they commit blatant violation of almost every law and destroy tax payer money.

This has to stop. ADDL MC is also a public servant and takes salary from tax payers. They cannot behave arrogant and think they are above law.

I am giving small instances of how ADDL MC misconduct
