I am being put to harrasment and annoyance by ADDL MC CITY, BMC, MUMBAI, by not meeting citizens as per circular 7.1.2000 and allowing illegal construction, obstruction and encrochment on road footpath and traffic islands and several other issues.

Today I visited office of ADDL MC city BMC Head office to intimiate ADDL MC ( city) that if she fails to give appointment ( requested more than 10 times) I shall be coming to her office to seek clarification on 25 complaints filed by me pending since years on 10.3.2025 between 3 to 5 pm as per circular 7.1.2000 and GR 26.11.2018 of Maharashtra State which is blatantly violated by ADDL MC.

Being scared as ADDL MC has no answer for her failure to discharge duty and for promoting illegal activities and obstructions, encrochment on road foothpath and traffic islands she filed complaint with Azad maidan police.

I met PI Dyneshwar Avhad and showed him how the ADDL MC has been aiding and abetting the illegal activities which is causing wrongful loss to BMC.

PI AVHAD was kind enough to inform me that police cannot stop any citizen from video recording.

We will be present and watch from distance without obstructing your right of video recording

I am thankful to Azad maidan police statiknfor all cooperation

I have no intention to hurt anyone but fight for transparency and accountability in working of public servants
