I am not on the point of correctness and reliability of EVM.
Here I am opposing an order of Collector denying citizens to video record awareness program which is held on road violating the directions of Hon Courts that
Citizens have the right to video record the public servant while discharging duty in public spaces which is not declared as a prohibited area.
On 24.2.24 Saturday around 3 pm near St Joseph school Dongri at B Ward and in jurisdiction of Dongri police station
I have not directly video recorded the machine as the concerned person pleaded before me on grounds that his job will be at stake and I had no intention to cause injury to an innocent man obeying illegal directions of the collector which violates the direction of Hon. Court.
Therefore I recorded a video a few feet away. In video I have opposed the illegal directions which are not binding on citizens.
I thank Dongri police station for their cooperation and respecting the rights of citizens to exercise their rights namely Mr. Gole ( MIL SPECIAL), PI Khade, Sr. PI Sadanand Mane for handling the situation with dignity and positive approach

No intention to hurt anyone. Only in larger public interest.
